Seasoning:
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Prep your potatoes, clean, peel and cut in fourths and set in a pot of water and set aside.
Clean your pork chops and season with pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
In a large skillet heat oil and place pork chops and slightly brown them. You do not want to completely cook them for they will finish cooking in the oven.
Once they are browned on both sides put in a casserole pan and add condensed golden mushroom soup and put aside.
Back in the skillet you just cooked your pork chops in saute your onion and mushrooms, you would want them nicely tender, once done put it over your pork chops and cover with foil and place in oven for 20-25 mins.
Now, that's in the oven, turn your potatoes on and bring it to a boil, let it cook until potatoes is tender.
Drain, add butter, garlic salt, pepper, onion powder and slowly add in heavy cream (adjust if needed) mash potatoes until it's to your desire of texture.
For Asparagus; in a pan add butter and garlic and asparagus, tossing occasionally, cook until completely done. add pepper and salt(optional)
Make your plate and enjoy! I used the gravy from the pork chops and poured it over the mashed potatoes, yum!
