Cajun Shrimp and White Rice

This recipe will feed up to four people

Ingredients:

1 lb Peeled and De-vein shrimp

Pepper

Salt

Canyon pepper

Italian seasoning

paprika

1 Cups white rice

2 Cups of water

2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:

Rinse your rice to remove any excess starch. Bring your water to a boil and then place your rice in your pot and cover with a lid. For your shrimp in a large saute pan melt your butter and add your shrimp. Add your seasoning, adjust how spicy you desire your shrimp. Once your rice has absorbed all the water I like to season lightly with pepper and salt and I add about half a tablespoon of butter to the rice. Now it's time to plate and ENJOY! This is a quick dinner and filling!
