Guinea grinders with a kick!

Ingredients;

Mezzetta hot chili peppers

16 oz Mozzarella cheese

16 oz Italian sausage

16 oz (1lb) Hamburger meat

Italian seasoning

Black pepper

onion powder

8 hoagie buns

Directions:

Prep your hoagie buns, cut a slit but not cutting all the way through the bun and take out excess bread out and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Remove excess bread from hoagie buns

Cook your Italian sausage first since it takes longer to cook. Once it is cook I like to strain any excess grease and place in a bowl with paper towels to catch any excess grease that wasn't strained in the process. Set aside.

cook sausage and strained from excess grease

Since you have your sausage put aside now it's time to cook your hamburger meat. Cook it all the way through, strain it, add your seasonings and then combine your Italian sausage with the hamburger meat.

Now that your Italian Sausage and seasoned hamburger meat is mixed together now it's time to make your Guinea Grinders! I like to start off with mozzarella cheese at the bottom of my hoagie and I like to cut slithers of the hot chili peppers and place at the bottom of the hoagie buns as well. I then fill the hoagies with the meat and place more chili peppers on top. Depending on how spicy you like it you can add as much or as less chili peppers as you want.

Now I top it off with mozzarella cheese on top and place the hoagies on foil and fold it into a pocket and I place it in the oven for about 15 mins or until cheese is melted and have a crispy bottom.

Now my favorite part! EATING! I hope this was helpful for you to succeed in making your own guinea grinders! Easy and fast dinner for those busy bee's! ENJOY!
